The mission of the Titusville 21^st Century Community Learning Center is to ensure that all children in the Titusville and surrounding communities from Pre-K through 8^th grade, many of whom are socially & economically disadvantaged, are given the opportunities to enter a level playing field with their peers in the areas of education (reading, science and math), computer & technology skills, social and cultural enrichment, as well as physical & mental well-being. Additionally, the Titusville 21^st Century Community Learning Center offers support services to parents of children participating in the program in the areas of parenting, technology education, job seeker services, and other programs contributing to the well-being of the family unit as a whole.

The Titusville 21^st Century Community Learning Center subscribes to the philosophy of enriching the lives of children in a heterogeneous atmosphere, where children from all walks of life can interact together and learn from each other. The Titusville 21^st Century Community Learning Center operates in three facilities – Titusville YMCA, Genesis Family Center, and The Titusville Middle School, staffed with trained and experienced professionals in the areas of education, technology, parenting, nutrition, physical education, and a host of other human service programs to meet the needs of families.

The goal of the Titusville 21^st Century Community Learning Center to validate the children and their families as individuals, and to give children the confidence and building blocks to serve them productively as they journey through their formative early school years. All three collaborative organizations that comprise the Titusville 21^st Century Community Learning Center have years of solid experience and proven outcome measurements that will continue to echo in all program components that are offered.
